Terms and conditions
1. All prices displayed are in Australian dollars (AUD$).
2. All packages are limited to a set amount of hours (please contact us for further details).
3. A 50% down payment is required prior to the commencement of our services.
4. The final 50% of the total package fee shall be paid upon completion of our services.
5. Relocate-Melbourne offers additional services such as housekeeping, personal assistance services, organising furniture rentals, nanny services, post office procedures, etc. All these services can be provided a' la carte or as add-ons to any of the above packages at a rate of $100/hour.
6. Should the client choose to appoint our services a' la carte, a down payment of $1000 will be required prior to the commencement date.
7. Relocate-Melbourne shall perform services in accordance with standards of reasonable care and skill which can be expected of a professional provider of the same service. We will ensure that all services listed in each package shall be performed and completed within our agreed timeframe.
8. Relocate-Melbourne reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
9. By filling out the above form, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions above and is deemed to have engaged Relocate Melbourne for its services.
